Does our message provide the relevant information needed by a particular reader? That's most important.</p><p>This is not unlike business etiquette essentially being most focused on caring about others. It's not social rules alone - they are the framework for the larger goal, much like grammar and syntax are the framework for business communication.</p><p>I'm so glad we can support each other's primary mission - better interaction in the workplace.
